A 5-part online course Anti-Racism course for organizations. Developed in collaboration with some amazing facilitators.
I'm thrilled to be a facilitator. The aim of Circles For Reconciliation is to establish trusting, meaningful relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples as part of the 94 Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
There is no cost for individuals to participate, only a common interest in working toward truth and reconciliation and equality of opportunity for Indigenous people.
Listen as I speak with Nick Gallo about the need to engage leadership on matters of Equity and Inclusion
Listen as I speak to the Society of Graduate Students at Western University on the effects of racial trauma. We talk about race as a social construct, Colonialism, and White Supremacy Culture. We also explore how racism shows up through complacency, silence, questioning self, comparing to others, parenting, employment, the new immigrant experience, and a Eurocentric worldview.
Do you want to have a better understanding of the lived experiences and challenges others face because of the way they've been racialized?
