Anti-Racism Coaching

I provide anti-racism coaching, primarily for people from dominant groups, to develop an understanding of their unconscious biases.  As leaders are beginning to shift towards taking actions and supporting anti-racism efforts, I offer a space where curiosity and unlearning are encouraged.  As someone who has both participated in systemic racism and has been the recipient of racial trauma, I have a unique perspective on this subject.
